Notice No. 2 in terms of the definition “Eligible Assets” in the
External Transactions Act
For the purposes of sub-article (1) of article 2 of the External
Transactions Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has
determined that the definition “eligible assets” referred to in
subarticle (1) of article 2 of the External Transactions Act shall also
include securities denominated in Maltese lira and euro with a
primary listing on the Malta Stock Exchange.
