Airport (Passenger Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations,

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications,

with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance,

has made the following regulations>

(1) The title of these regulations is the Airport (Passenger Citation and

commencement.

Service Charge) (Amendment) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read

and construed as one with the Airport (Passenger Service Charge)

Regulations, 1997, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. L.N. 118 of 1997.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st June,

2007.

In regulation 3 of the principal regulations, for the words “a Amends regulation

3 of the principal

fee of Lm20” there shall be substituted the words “a fee of Lm10”.
