(ACT NO. XX OF 2005)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Domestic

Violence Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice

and Home Affairs has established the 28 th February, 2006 as the date

when the said Act shall come into force.
