Order, 2006

IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 8 of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act, the Prime

Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following order>-

The title of this Order is the Madliena Village Complex Citation.

(Designated Special Area) Order, 2006.

Madliena Village Complex consisting of immovable property Designation

Special Area.

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed

to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents)

Act.

Madliena Village Complex shall be added to the List of Addition toFirst

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property Scheduleof the Act.
