(CAP. 370)

Repeal of Investment Services Act (Linked Long Term

Contracts of Insurance Statutory Notice) Regulations, 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Investment

Services Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, acting on the

advice of the Malta Financial Services Authority, has made the following

regulations>–

(1) The title of these regulations is the Investment Services

Act (Linked Long Term Contracts of Insurance Statutory Notice)

(Repeal) Regulations, 2006.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on the 1 st

January, 2007.

By virtue of these Regulations, the Investment Services Act

2002. (Linked Long Term Contracts of Insurance Statutory Notice)

Regulations, 2002, are hereby repealed.
