CONSUMER AFFAIRS ACT

(CAP. 378)

Order for the purposes of Articles 94, 100 and 101

of the Consumer Affairs Act

FOR the purposes of articles 94, 100 and 101 of Part IX of the

Consumer Affairs Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communications acting after consulting the Consumers Affairs Council,

has designated the Doorstep Contracts Act, Cap. 317. as a law dealing

with consumer rights and protection.
