Notice of coming into force of the

Malta Qualifications Council Regulations, 2005

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 41 of the

Employment and Training Services Act and by virtue of the provisions

of regulation 1(2) of the Malta Qualifications Council Regulations, 2005,

the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment has established the

1 st October, 2006, as the date when all the provisions of the said Malta

Qualifications Council Regulations, 2005, have come into force.
