Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 6) Order, 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 6) Order, 2006.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article

aforesaid with effect from the 27th October, 2006.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say>

(1) Residential premises numbered 7, Triq is-Sardinell, San

:wann, registered in the Government Property Division as

Tenement No. 66177 and bounded on all sides by property

belonging to the Government, granted on temporary emphyteusis

to Victor Agius as per contract dated 9th November, 1971 in the

records of Notary A. Grech, as appearing on L.D. 128#80#25. (HAP

11#2006).

(2) Premises numbered 149#150, Triq Matty Grima,

bounded on the North-East and on the North-West by Triq Matty

Grima, and on the South-West by Triq John Pace, Cospicua,

acquired by virtue of Government Notice No. 819 dated 28th

September, 2006 and Government Notice No. 444 dated 22nd May,

2006 (HAA 32#2002).

(3) Residential premises numbered 15, ‘Nicklord’, Wesg[a

Fran;isk Bugeja, }urrieq, registered in the Government Property

Division as Tenement No. 41538 and bounded on all sides by

property belonging to the Government, granted on perpetual

emphyteusis to Nicholas Caruana as per contract dated 4th October,

1978 in the records of Notary A. Grech, as appearing on L.D.

198#81#21. (HAP 3#2005).

(4) A plot of land at Msida having an area of approximately

1,780 square metres, bounded on the South-East by Valley Road,

on the North-East by Conception Street, and on the North-West

by property of Carmelo Cassar, shown edged red on Plan

DG#SP#4#1993 annexed to Land Registry application number

495#1994. (JOP#291#1993< HAM 52#90< Title No. 41001077).

(5) Two plots of land, Plots 1 and 2, from lands known as

Tal-G[attuqa, }ebbu;, Malta, together having a superficial area

of approximately 380 square metres, bounded on the North-East

by Triq il-Qolla, on the South-West by Government property, on

the South-East by property of Martin Abdilla, and on the North-

West by property of Gaetano Farrugia, edged red on Land Registry

Plan No. 83747M. (J.O. Ref. A#4136#1997#2, A#4136#1997#3<

HAM 3#2003< part of Title No. 07003188).

(6) Flat number 1 at number 3, Carmelite Street, Valletta
