Notice of coming into force of certain provisions of the Air

Navigation

(Amendment) (No.2) Order,2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil Aviation

Act and as established in article 1(2)(a) of the Air Navigation

(Amendment) (No.2) Order, 2004 published by Legal Notice 157 of

2004, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has

appointed the 30th September 2006 as the date when articles 10, 11 and

14 of the said Order shall come into force.
