(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Code of

Organization and Civil Procudure (Amendment) Act, 2006, the Deputy

Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established

the 24th October, 2006 as the date when the provisions of articles 58,

59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 69, 70, 71, 78, 89, 96, 102, 104 and 107 of

the said Act shall come into force.
