CRIMINAL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006

(ACT NO. XVI OF 2006)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Criminal Code (Amendment) Act, 2006, the Minister responsible for

Justice and Home Affairs has established the 3rd October, 2006, as

the date when the provisions of articles 2, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 23,

24, 25 and 26 of the said Act shall come into force.
