HUMAN BLOOD AND TRANSPLANTS ACT, 2006

(ACT NO. IV OF 2006)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers given by article 1(2) of the Human Blood

and Transplants Act, 2006, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and

Community Care has established the 15th September, 2006, as the date

when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
