Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 2) Order , 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the

following order>–

This order may be cited as the Commissioner of Land (Transfer Citation.

of Rights and Liabilities) Order, (No. 2), 2006.

The land described in article 4 of this Order is hereby specified Specified Land.

for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in Appointed Day.

article 2 of this Order shall with effect from the 17th May, 2006, no

longer be vested by the Malta Industrial Parks Limited but by the

Commissioner of Land.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order consists of the Description.

(i) An area of land, including any building built thereon, at

Rikasoli, limits of Kalkara, shown bordered in red and marked

site No. 1 on plan P.D.5_92_2.

(ii) An area of land, including any building built thereon, at

Rikasoli, limits of Kalkara, shown bordered in red and marked

site No. 2 on plan P.D.5_92_2.

(iii) An area of land, including any building built thereon,

at Rikasoli, limits of Kalkara, shown bordered in red and marked

site No. 3 on plan P.D.5_92_2.

(iv) An area of land , including any building built thereon,

at Rikasoli, limits of Kalkara, shown bordered in red and marked

site No. 4 on plan P.D.5_92_2.

Reference to this land is made in the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) Order, 1993 pathened by Legal

Notice 67 of 1993. Plan P.D. 5_92_2 is enrolled in the Acts of Notary

Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated 11th May 2006.
