Date of coming into force of the
The Ranges of Nominal Quantities and Capacities Permitted for
Certain Prepackaged Products Regulations, 2002
BY virtue of Article 3 of the Ranges of Nominal Quantities and
Capacities Permitted for Certain Prepackaged Products Regulations,
2002, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has
established the 15th September 2006, as the date when the Ranges of
Nominal Quantities and Capacities Permitted for Certain Prepackaged
Products Regulations, 2002, shall enter into force.
