Notice of coming into force

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article

(1) of the Education (Amendment) Act, 2006, the Minister of Education,

Youth and Employment has established the 4th September, 2006, as

the date when all the provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 13, 14, 15,

16, 17, 18, 19, 24 and 25 of the said Act have come into force.
