CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE

(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006

(ACT NO XIV OF 2006)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2006, the

Minister responsible for Justice and Home Affairs has established the

1st September, 2006 as the date when articles 105 and 106 of the said

Act shall come into force.
