SECURITISATION ACT, 2006

(ACT NO. V OF 2006)

Notice of coming into force of the Securitisation Act, 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1

of the Securitisation Act, 2006, the Prime Minister and Minister of

Finance has established the 1st September, 2006 as the date on which

the said Act shall come into force.
