Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) (Amendment)

(No. 2) Order, 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications

has made the following order>-

The title of this Order is the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Citation.

Requirements) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2006, and the Order shall

be read and construed as one with the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation

Requirements) Order, 1998, hereinafter referred to as “the principal L.N. 203 of 1998.

order”.

In article 1 of the principal Order, the first proviso in sub- Amends article 1 of

the principal Order.

article (2) thereof, and the word “further” in the second proviso thereof,

shall be deleted.

For the Schedule to the principal Order there shall be Substitutes the
