Commissioners for Justice (Remuneration) Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(14) of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister responsible for justice, in

consultation with the Minister responsible for finance, has determined

the remuneration to Commissioners for Justice as from the 1st

January, 2006, at the rate of twenty-five Maltese liri (Lm25) for each

sitting, so however that the total amount shall not in one particular

year exceed the sum of five thousand Maltese liri (Lm5,000).
