Nomination of Central Authority Order, 2006

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Legal

Procedures (Ratification of Conventions) Act, the Minister

responsible for Justice and Home Affairs has designated the Attorney

General as the Central Authority for the purposes of the Legal

Procedures (Ratification of Conventions) Act.
