(RATIFICATION OF CONVENTIONS) ACT

(CAP. 443)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Legal

Procedures (Ratification of Conventions) Act, the Minister

responsible for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 1st

August, 2006 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall

come into force.
