Landing and Loading of Goods Vehicles (Revocation)
Regulations, 2006
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Malta
Maritime Authority Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and
Communications, in consultation with the Malta Maritime Authority,
has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is Landing and Loading of Goods
Vehicles (Revocation) Regulations, 2006.

The Landing and Loading of Goods Vehicles Regulations,
1979, are hereby revoked.
