MEDICAL AND KINDRED PROFESSIONS ORDINANCE

(CAP. 31)

Medical Kindred Professions Ordinance

(Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2006

BY virtue of the power conferred by article 40A of the Medical

Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and

Community Care has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Medical Kindred

Professions Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations,

2006.

In Part A of the Third Schedule to the Medical Kindred

Professions Ordinance, immediately before the International or other

nonproprietary name or other trivial name “2C-1” there shall be inserted

the following new name as appearing hereunder the said column together

with the corresponding Chemical name>–
