Public Procurement of Entities operating in the Water, Energy,

Transport and Postal Services Sectors (Amendment) Regulations,

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Financial

Administration and Audit Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of

Finance has made the following regulations>-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Public Procurement Citation and

commencement.

of Entities operating in the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services

Sectors (Amendment) Regulations, 2006 and they shall be read and

construed as one with the Public Procurement of Entities operating in

the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors Regulations, L.N. 178 of 2005.

2005, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1 st January, 2006.

Regulation 17 of the principal regulations shall be amended Amends
