(ACT NO. VIII OF 1999)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Pensions

(Amendment) Act, 1999, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance

has established the 18 th May, 1999 as the date when all the provisions

of the said Act have come into force.
