PREVENTION OF FINANCIAL MARKETS ABUSE ACT, 2005

(ACT NO. IV OF 2005)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1

of the Prevention of Financial Markets Abuse Act, 2005, the Prime

Minister and Minister of Finance has established the 1 st April, 2005 as

the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
