Notice of coming into force of the

Air Navigation (Traffic Management) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act and in accordance with article 1 (2) of the Air Navigation

(Traffic Management) Order, 2004, the Minister for Competitiveness

and Communications has appointed the 3 rd May, 2005 as the date when

all provisions of the said Order, published by Legal Notice 79 of 2004,

except for article 3 (4) in relation to ESARR 3 and ESARR 4 listed in

the Schedule and articles 6 and 7 thereof, shall come into force.
