REFUGEES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005

(ACT NO. XVII OF 2005)

Commencement notice

BY VIRTUE of the powers given by sub-article (2) of article 1 of

the Refugees (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and

Minister of Justice and Home Affairs has established the 1st January,

2006 as the date when article 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
