Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (3) of article 3

of the Banking Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, after

consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the

Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 15 th April, 2006, 26 th December,

2006 and 2 nd January, 2007 as bank holidays.
