(ACT NO. XIII OF 2005)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 36(2) of the Various

Laws (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister

for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 21st October, 2005 as

the date when Part XII of the said Act shall come into force.
