Commencement notice of the Sewer Discharge Control

(Amendment) Regulations, 2005

BY virtue of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 28 of the Malta

Resources Authority Act, and in terms of the provisions of sub-regulation

(2) of regulation 1 of the Sewer Discharge Control (Amendment)

Regulations, 2005, the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure, in

consultation with the Malta Resources Authority, has established the

1 st December, 2005 as the date when all the provisions of the said Sewer

Discharge Control (Amendment) Regulations, 2005, published by Legal

Notice 378 of 2005, shall come into force.
