VARIOUS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005

(ACT NO. XIII OF 2005)

Commencement notice

BY VIRTUE of the powers given by the provisions of sub-article

(2) of article 24 of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Deputy

Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established

the 1 st December, 2005 as the date when the provisions of articles 25

and 29 of the said Act, shall come into force.
