Notice of coming into force of the Reception of Asylum Seekers

(Minimum Standards) Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 19 of the Refugees

Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home

Affairs has established the 22 nd November, 2005 as the date when all

the provisions of the Reception of Asylum Seekers (Minimum

Standards) Regulations, 2005, published by Legal Notice 320 of 2005,

shall come into force.
