FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND AUDIT ACT
(CAP. 174)
Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations, 2005
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Financial
Administration and Audit Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of
Finance has made the following regulations>-
(1) The title of these regulations is the Public Contracts Citation and
commencement.
(Amendment) Regulations, 2005 and they shall be read and construed
as one with the Public Contracts Regulations, 2005, hereinafter referred L.N. 177 of 2005.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 22 nd November, 2005.
In Schedule 1 to the principal regulations, for the words Amends
“Ministry for Information Technology and Investments Promotion” in Schedule

word “MITTS” in the second column thereof shall be deleted.
Schedule 3 to the principal regulations shall be amended as Amends

the words “Ministry for Investment, Industry and Information
Technology”< and
(b) under the heading “Ministry for Investment, Industry

shall be inserted the word “MITTS” in the second column thereof.
In Schedule 4 to the principal regulations, for the words
“Ministry for Information Technology and Investments Promotion” in
the first column thereof, there shall be substituted the words “Ministry
for Investment, Industry and Information Technology”.
