HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONS ACT

Appeals Committee (Fees) Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 49(3)(d) and 51 of

the Health Care Professions Act, the Minister of Health, the Elderly

and Community Care, in concurrence with the Prime Minister and

Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Appeals Committee (Fees)

Regulations, 2005.

The following fees shall be paid to the Appeals Committee>

(a) in respect of each appeal from decision of one of the

(b) in respect of each appeal from a decision of the Specialist
