Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5) Order, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer of Citation.

Assets) (No. 5) Order, 2005.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Specified

specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. property.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be Appointed day.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the Description

square meters, known as Plot number 140 and forming part of the

Santa Luçija Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Luçija,

bounded on the North-West by Government Property, on the South-

West by Triq G[org[ar, and on the North-East by property of Mr

P. Schembri, subject to a perpetual emphyteusis commencing from

the 12 th May, 1976 as per deed dated 12 th May 1976 in the acts of

Notary A. Grech, on which are built premises bearing number 6,

“Dar il-Hena”, Triq G[org[ar, Santa Luçija, and which is edged

red and marked P. 140 on L.D. 11#82#69. (HAP 2#2005).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 184.43

square meters in Kerçem, Gozo, bounded on the North and on the

South by property transferred to the Housing Authority, and on

the East by Triq Wenzu Mintoff, subject to a perpetual emphyteusis

commencing from the 30 th September, 1976 as per deed dated 30 th

September, 1976 in the acts of Notary Dr J. Busuttil, on which are

built premises bearing number 65, Triq Wenzu Mintoff, Kerçem,

Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 65 on L.D. 28#98#2.
