EDUCATION ACT

(CAP. 327)

University Fees (Amendment No. 3) Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 41 of the Education

Act, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment with the

concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has made

the following regulations>–

These regulations may be cited as the University Fees

(Amendment No. 3) Regulations, 2005, and they shall be read and

construed as one with the University Fees Regulations, 1999, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Immediately after item 18 in regulation 3 of the principal

regulations, there shall be added the following new item>-
