Restrictions (Revocation) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 29(2) and 35 of the

Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Prime Minister and Minister

of Finance has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Restrictions (Revocation)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2005 and they shall be read and construed

as one with the Restrictions (Revocation) Regulations, 2004, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Sub-regulations (1) and (2) of regulation 3 of the principal

regulations shall be deleted and sub-regulation (3) thereof shall be

renumbered as the whole regulation thereof.
