(CAP. 426)

Nomination of Competent Authority Order, 2005

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 25 (3) of the

Electronic Commerce Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communications is hereby designating the Malta Communications

Authority as from the 15th September, 2005 to be the competent

authority responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with the

Electronic Commerce Act.
