Notice of coming into force of Part XVI

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 62 (2) of the

Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Minister for Competitivness

and Communications has established the 1 st September, 2005 as the

date when articles 63 to 65 of the said Act came into force.
