Notice of coming into force of Part XVIII

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 72 (2) of the

Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Minister for Competitiveness

and Communications has established the 1 st September, 2005 as the

date when articles 73 to 75 of the said Act came into force.
