Notice of coming into force of article 36 relating to the

Notarial Profession and Archives Act, Cap. 55

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Notarial

Archives Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice

and Home Affairs has established the 15th September, 2005 as the date

when the provisions of article 36 of the said Act shall come into force.
