NATIONAL ARCHIVES ACT, 2005

(ACT NO. V OF 2005)

Commencement notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 1 of the National

Archives Act, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment has

established the 1 st September, 2005 as the date when all the provisions,

other than articles 20 to 28, of the said Act shall come into force.
