Administrative Penalty (Revision) Order, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 41 (4) (c) of the

Broadcasting Act, the Prime Minister, has made the following Order>–

(1) The title of this Order is the Administrative Penalty

(Revision) Order, 2005.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1 st September,

2005.

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires, “the Act”

means the Broadcasting Act.

The amount of the administrative penalty of five thousand liri

established in the first proviso to paragraph (c) of sub-article (4) of

article 41 of the Act is hereby being prescribed by this Order to be read

and construed as being an amount of fifteen thousand liri.
