CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004

(ACT NO. VI OF 2004)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Civil Code

(Amendment) Act, 2004, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for

Justice and Home Affairs has established the 15 th August, 2005 as the

date when article 4 of the said Act shall come into force.
