CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005

(ACT NO. XI OF 2005)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil

Code (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister

for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 15 th August, 2005 as

the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
