(ACT NO. V OF 2004)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Maltese

Language Act, 2004, the Minister of Education, Youth and Employment

has established the 14th April, 2005, as the date when all the provisions

of the said Act have come into force.
