MALTA FILM COMMISSION ACT, 2005

(ACT NO. VII OF 2005)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Malta

Film Commission Act, 2005, the Minister for Investment, Industry and

Information Technology has established the 15th July, 2005, as the date

when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
