Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) (Amendment)

(No.2) Order, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications

has made the following order>–

The title of this order is the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Citation.

Requirements) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2005 and it shall be read

and construed as one with the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation

Requirements) Order, 1998, hereinafter referred to as “the principal L.N. 203 of 1998.
