(ACT NO. X OF 2004)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 (2) of the

Psychology Profession Act, 2004, the Minister for the Family and Social

Solidarity has appointed the 1st day of February, 2005, as the date on

which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
